We’re looking for an Intern – Project Administrator to help us coordinate project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans. You will be in charge of managing schedules, assigning tasks, and communicating progress to all team members.

You will be working with a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators in this role, so excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.

Roles & Responsiblities

  • Regular meetings should be scheduled, and decisions should be documented (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps 
  • Divide projects into manageable tasks and establish timeframes and goals.
  • Create and modify workflows.
  • Documentation should be prepared and distributed to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Keep track of the project’s progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Measure and report on project performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all participants.


  • Experience as an administrator, administrative assistant, or in a similar position is needed.
  • Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
  • Working knowledge of office management applications (MS Office software, in particular)
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Communication skills, both written and oral, are important.
  • A problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail.
