PRACTICAL GUIDE TO AYURVEDIC LIFESTYLE
The ancient practice of Ayurveda recommends establishing a daily routine to promote good health and wellbeing: including what time we wake up, simple practices to cleanse and remove toxins, exercises to calm the mind and strengthen the body, meal times and what time we go to bed. This workshop is aimed at helping you to establish a routine that is both workable and supportive within your daily schedule.A daily routine is absolutely necessary to bring radical change in body, mind, and consciousness. Routine helps to establish balance in one’s constitution.
